The Play build shipped the next day with the native plugin switched off (a packaging step the web harness cannot see); found and fixed by hand as code 8, proved on the emulator and on a real Pixel 6, proof in docs/evidence.

The improvement loop: my portfolio's gaps
Takes a list of what is weak in the portfolio, one item at a time. Each item gets three built options, and every option has to clear five gates: it renders and passes accessibility checks, every fact traces to me or a measurement, it looks right for its page, it is structurally sound, and it answers the actual problem. Then one review with me at the end.

What the verdicts mean
- PASSEvery scenario passed in the harness. Gesture runs still say "needs on-device confirm", because a synthetic touch is not a thumb.
- BLOCKEDThe harness could not finish a scenario. The verdict says which, and why.
- screenshotsDriven straight through the harness rather than the full loop, in a batch on 20 July. The screenshots are the record.
- CLEANmobileloop: nothing broken at phone width. Design calls still come to me.
- FIXEDmobileloop: fixed, re-audited by an agent that never saw the fix, desktop unchanged.
- GATEDimprovement loop: every option cleared all five gates before it reached me.
