I’m a NYC-based UX and service designer interested in everyday systems: the products, tools, and services people rely on in ordinary life. My background in pastry, restaurants, and small business ownership shapes how I approach design. Practical, detail-oriented, and grounded in how people actually move through systems.

As a co-owner of Blackbox Sandwiches, I’ve designed across customer experience and behind-the-scenes service systems, from brand identity and ordering flows to kitchen workflow and packaging.

Outside of design, I love baking, traveling, and exploring food from different places and cultures.
